Michele Scanlan is a Highlands Health Board Member and Human Resources Committee Chair with over 30 years of non-profit health care Human Resources administration experience and is certified in HR by both HRCI and SHRM and in addition holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Human Resources.
