(WJAC) — As more Pennsylvanian’s are receiving their COVID-19 vaccines each day, some are still struggling to schedule an appointment- especially those who have limited or no access to a computer and internet. Which is why Highlands Health Clinic in downtown Johnstown is helping vulnerable populations secure and schedule a COVID-19 vaccine.
