… Francine Glass is the Nonprofit Award honoree. The Johnstown resident is the clinical nursing coordinator at Highlands Health, helping to facilitate the clinic’s nurses, physicians, nurse practitioners, and staff members in the care of the underserved population. During the pandemic, she organized more than 14,000 COVID-19 vaccines and arranged home visits for more than 800 people who could not leave their homes.
